How is Elevated different from the Zoom Webinar+ package?
Elevated Webinars use vMix broadcast software instead of Zoom Production Studio, giving us more creative control and professional polish (multi-camera switching, custom graphics, lower thirds, and video roll-ins).
Do we still use Zoom for delivery?
Yes — most often the content is streamed into Zoom Webinar, Teams, or another platform, but the production quality is controlled entirely in vMix.
What kind of branding can be included?
Your logo, lower thirds, title cards, stinger transitions, and custom layouts — everything can be designed to match your brand guidelines.
Does this require extra equipment on our end?
No — we handle all production. Presenters only need a webcam, mic, and stable internet connection.
What happens if something goes wrong during the event?
Our producers manage backups and troubleshooting in real time, ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth experience. However, as technology can be unpredictable, we also review and develop a full risk mitigation plan with you.
