How is this different from the Basic package?

The Zoom Webinar+ package includes all the production support of Basic, but adds access to Zoom Webinar+ (formerly Sessions) with features like Production Studio, branded environments, and improved attendee engagement tools.

What is Zoom Production Studio?

It’s Zoom’s built-in broadcast tool that lets us create a polished, TV-style experience with layouts, graphics, and transitions — without needing third-party software.

What engagement tools are available in Webinar+?

In addition to polls and Q&A, Webinar+ allows for improved chat, reactions, and networking opportunities that aren’t available in standard Zoom Webinar.

Do we need to purchase our own Webinar+ license?

No — we provide and manage the Zoom Webinar+ license (up to 500 attendees) for your event, unless you prefer to use your own.

Can you handle the setup and branding?

Yes — we configure registration pages, attendee views, and in-platform branding to match your organization’s look and feel
